Poppy Seed Chicken


3 Cups Boiled Chopped Chicken Breast
(1) 8 oz. Sour Cream
(1) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
(2) Tablespoon Poppyseeds (divided)
Salt to taste
¼ Cup Melted Butter
40 or so Crushed Ritz Crackers

Mix in 13X9 Pan - Chicken, Sour Cream, Cream of Chicken and Poppy Seeds, and Salt

Top with Crushed Ritz and Butter and remaining Poppy Seeds (mixed)

Cook on 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes
