I know I am sort of randomly updating my blog these days, I miss blogging....I have become entirely too busy in my life and hobbies I have enjoyed are getting the boot...for now!! However, I need to take a few minutes and post an urgent prayer request. My friend Heather, that I have blogged about her twins on several occasions, is in desperate need of our prayers again. This time it’s her 5 year old son, Sutton. He has just been diagnosed this week with a brain tumor, and is going to have surgery in the near future. He is currently at the local children’s hospital and is going to be relocating to their “cancer floor” in the next day or two. Keep in mind they also has an 8 year old son, and twin 14 month old daughters that have to be cared for. We want to pray for healing first and foremost for Sutton, but we need to remember Heather too, her “mama heart” is breaking and there is a lot of fear involved with the word cancer. But we know that our God is a big God and he does big things. Please uplift this sweet family in prayer. I do not know why this family has to face so many hardships, I don't know what God is preparing them for, but I do know that God is in control. I will never understand this side of Heaven why we have to go through so much heartache on this earth, but I know God is stirring my heart right now for hurting families. A sweet family at my church lost a baby on the 4th of this month. He lived 41 minutes, and made a lifetime of impression on me. Just as Heaher's sweet miracle babies that weren't suppose to live, but did. I don't understand why children get sick, or hurt or get taken from their mother's arms. I don't understand why God chooses to allow the things he does, but I do know he is in control, he is greater!! His vision is higher than our vision. He is Jehova-Roi "The God who sees" He is Jehova-Rapha "The Lord our Healer"

MARCH FOR BABIES, TIME RUNNING OUT!!!
I'm very excited to be a part of March for Babies this year. Please help me reach my goal by making a donation to my walk. It's easy and secure - just click HERE to make your donation.
I am walking on team “ E MC2 ” in honor of, my friend the other Heather's premature twins and Twin Twin Transfusion Syndrome survivors, Evelyn and Mary Caroline.
Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick. We're walking because we want to do something about this.
The money we raise will support March of Dimes research and programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies and babies begin healthy lives. And it will be used to bring comfort and information to families with a baby in newborn intensive care.
Please support this important work. You can make a donation with your credit card online, http://www.marchforbabies.org/hkimble1028
Thank you for helping me give all babies a healthy start!

Update on the "Other Heather's" Twins
She was able to see the twins again. MC's infection is gone, but the doctor is going to leave her on antibiotics for a few days just to be sure. She isn't digesting her milk very well so they are stopping her feeds (again) but this is not abnormal for a preemie of her size. E is still doing great! Please continue to pray for this family. Did I mention they also have 2 boys, in addition to the twin girls, so their time is torn between needing to be at the hospital and needing to be with their boys at home. I am sure this is very difficult for them.

UPDATED... URGENT PRAYER...The Other Heather
UPDATE****
"MC" Does have an infection, they think they caught it in time, please keep praying, she is stable and on antibiotics now. ****
I got an e-mail from my friend Heather this morning, it sounded positive and the girls were doing great.
"MC" is in the "big girl bed" today. She's not in an isolette anymore, she's in the open air and "E" will be a couple of days behind her. Kind of scary and exciting at the same time. I can't wait until they're big enough to come home.
Then about 5 minutes ago I just got this text:
“Nurse just called. MC stopped breathing, heart stopped, had to have chest compressions and bag to bring her back. Had to be intubated, on ventilator now. Blood in lungs and stomach. They don’t know why it happened. Could be an infection. She is stable now. Please pray for her!”Please pray for my friend, they really need it!! Pray for peace for the family, and healing and strength for the twins.

Update on My Friend Heather
I had asked for prayers in this post for my friend Heather. Just a quick update, she let me know yesterday all is going well. The smaller of the twins gained 3oz. and the larger twin gained 1oz. they show plenty of fluid. She also said the doctor didn't see any signs of long term damage. It seems right now as if the surgery did exactly what it should have done, and the twins are doing well. Praise the Lord!!!! Please keep praying for this family.

Short Update
We should have a baby in less than two weeks. They are going to schedule an induction to make sure my husband can be there (his job isn't very flexable for surprises). I am already at 1 cm, and the baby is very low. If you want to know the truth about it I am very miserable at this point (thus the reason for no heart felt blogging these days). I am exhausted and not sleeping well, but there is an end in sight, and wonderful end I might add. I am working shortened hours, and honestly wish I could just start maternity leave NOW...I am soooooo tired. She should be here in time for Christmas, so I bought her a stocking, and am searching for a Christmas Dress for picutres. All in all things are great, I just feel VERY pregnant.
Also, I have a friend who is pregnant with twins. They were diagnosed with Twin to Twin Transfusion. I am not sure of the specifics of the disease, I am going to have to research it a little better. She left for Texas yesterday to have a corrective surgery, and the babies did great. From what I understand they will have an excellent chance for survival pending what happens over the next week. Basically I want to ask you all to pray for my friend and her babies for healing for the twins and peace for my friend, I can't even imagine what she is going through. Her name is also Heather.
